Why do I need a home inspection?
Buying a house is the biggest investment in most people's lives. Getting a professional home inspection gives the client expert insight into the condition of the home and its major components and an idea of potential problems and future expenses.

What is inspected in a home inspection?
LVH Home Inspections, LLC inspects the structure, all major systems in the home and how they relate to the well-being of the structure itself. All visible components of a home are inspected including interior, exterior, surrounding terrain, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, garages/carports and all major systems (plumbing, electrical, heat & air, and gas/propane).

How much does it cost?
There are many factors that go into this including but not limited to: square footage of the home, foundation type (slab or crawlspace) and distance from the inspector. To get a free estimate please contact Layton at (501) 351-1492

How long does it take to get a report?
LVH Home Inspections, LLC delivers a completed report at the site of the inspection unless the client is not present at the inspection. If the client is not present at the inspection the report will be sent to the client by whatever method the client chooses before the inspection. Digital photos will be e-mailed to the client within 24 hours of the inspection if previously requested.
